So today was Cardio Day. I would normally have started my strength training, but I hadn’t read the book yet. So I decided to do strength training Tues-Thurs-Sat for this week, and then start up on Mon-Wed-Fri next week.
I hopped on the elliptical and it felt really good. Since this is the third week of working HARD on the elliptical, it felt really good to push it and work even harder.
